A Little About Me
“I believe that balance and self-care are key ingredients of a happy life, not only for my clients, but for myself. Therefore, I never over-fill my therapy schedule. I want to be well-rested and enthusiastic with every client I spend time with. I think each client deserves that, too.
I live in East Gull Lake with my husband of 20+ years, and our yellow lab, Nellie. Our adult daughter is a graduate student in chemistry. In my non-work time I enjoy reading, spending time with family and friends, trying new restaurants, boating, snowmobiling, and traveling.”

Client Focus
I work with individuals and couples (18+) of all relationship types and orientations. My office is also welcoming to nursing mothers and lap infants when needed.

Availability
Sessions are scheduled during daytime hours on weekdays only. Evening and weekend appointments are not available. Voicemail, email, and text messages are typically returned within 24 hours or the next business day between the hours of 10:00AM and 5:00PM.
