We then focus on the actual mechanics of problem areas and find useful tools that address both current and future issues so that you can handle them effectively in your relationship.

Ideally, you will walk away from counseling with new knowledge about yourself and your relationship, as well as with a variety of tools and strategies so that you are able to tackle the things that come your way.
